1. Before you create a theme, use the search, maybe someone has published it before.

2. Try to describe what you want in details as much as possible, please do not create a message like: «I want very great feature». Write what the program is supposed to do under what conditions and so on, so it will be easier for us to make what you want.

3. Topic name should describe its essence (please do not create a topic called «HELP», «I want», etc.).
