The installation process:

1. Download and install the module http://drupal.org/project/ctools

2. Download and install the module http://drupal.org/project/wordpress_import

3. Login to the admin panel of CMS and activate the module wordpress_import

4. Import from the menu in the admin panel of CMS (on screenshot).
