Multisite project
The basic idea of multi-site projects - the creation of the project with more than one site. Earlier, in Zebroid, it was one project = one site, and there was no of such very important (in terms of creating satellite sites) function like re-linking between projects. There was several methods of re-linking between projects, but they were not comfortable. Now, all you have to do - it is to create one multisite project, and during export the program will create the required number of export files, and all internal links will have the desired format.
It is not necessarily just for re-linking. Multisite project is convenient because you can do the same type of treatment for multiple sites at once, because it essentially has no need to break such projects into few.
To enable this type of project one should go to Settings -> Project and select Multisite project in the design of project tree option. The icon of globe will appear in the project tree, and the site address to which the project is done. You can add more sites using the context menu, and edit them.
Also, there is a possibility in the current project to make websites of the categories. To do this, select the category, and in context menu select Optional - Make sites of selected categories. The program itself will change the type of project for multisite and selected categories will be sites, and their child elements – will be content.
Each site in such a project has its own set of settings that helps program to determine exactly how it should perform the export
- URL - web address. Required to create the right links for re-linking
- Type of export - how the program should generate a specific site
- Template - a template for the static export
- Project settings - the project template settings (need to determine on what basis are formed CNC to store pictures and the site folder)
- Limit the size of the output file (only for ordinary export)
