Upload/download pictures

Due to this function you can easily upload all the pictures from the project to the third-party file hosting (or vice versa, download external links to the local computer).

Why do you need this: Some services when posting in XML-RPC do not accept images to their servers, and they are being automatically placed by the program at imageshack.us (or radikal.ru). But if you need to place them at a few such services (for cross posting, for ex.) the program uploads them every time. It is also useful for auto posting which cannot upload the pictures. If before starting export you will upload them using this function the article will be posted with the needed links.

Or if, for example, you have imported an XML file with the link to the pictures, but you do not like the fact that the pictures even after export are not on your website, all you have to do is launch picture downloading. Save the project after that. The pictures will get to the local computer, and after export will be placed on your website.
