Dividing Large Projects

This tool is responsible for dividing large projects in to smaller ones.  

Depend on the preferred way dividing is split in to two parts:

1. Divide by categories;

2. Divide by lists.

First  divides the project depending on categories. The categories is chosen and which project -  divided posts from this categories, will be placed. Although the is an option to  place   along with a first level categories, e.g. category and all of its subcategories will be places in the new project. Second one is to place without first level category - in this case subcategories automatically become first level categories in the new project.  

Second  serves to divide project by keyword presence in the post content.

In this case selected list of  keywords will decide which project the category will be placed to. If a post contains keywords form several lists, then   placement will depend on the settings in the drop-down menu at the top.

Option "Delete duplicate post from this project" responsible for duplicate post removal form current project during dividing.  I.e. only those posts will be left out that haven't been places anywhere.  

You have to remember: during division and current project selection it will be filled out with new posts.
