Proxy use

Some of the Zebroid tools contains the option to work through the proxy list (translator, xml-rpc, rss grabber  and so on) . This list placed in "zebroidfolder\userdata\proxylist.txt".

Proxy list should be in the following format:

1.  Whithout pass and login info  "IP:Рort", for examle:
