Work passes in 2 stages:
- the project Analysis
- the Choice of keywords for creation of references
The first stage is done by the program being guided by options which were chosen by the user, and the second part is done by the user.

The project analysis consists of two stages:
- Search of keywords which can be used for перелинковки
- Search of the most suitable articles for each keyword
Speed of performance of the first stage directly depends on analysis options, for example: if the user activated an option to Pick up often used words to the program it is necessary for more time as it is necessary to analyse all articles and to make the list of often used words. selection of words from headings or Selection of words from labels will not occupy so much time and on average or small projects passes almost instantly.
As to speed of performance of the second stage — that it directly depends on quantity of words which was made by the program for search of suitable articles by it and from quantity of articles. The it is more than them — that long carries out work, but also the richer a choice for the user.

After the program has analysed the project and has picked up keywords and keywords approaching them — it is possible to begin will choose what key from them to be used as the reference. For this purpose the user in the left part of a window chooses article, and in right — marks words which can be used as the reference to this article.
After the user has finished with a choice of keywords — it is possible to press button «Apply» and to start process перелинковки.
